Policy

1. Passenger Capacity:
   Sedan vehicles have a maximum capacity of 4 passengers. SUV vehicles have a maximum capacity of 7 passengers.
2. Minimum Coverage:
   One-way trips must cover a minimum distance of 155 km. Round trips must cover a minimum distance of 300 km.
3. Round Trip Duration:
   One-day round trips must calcutation by 12 hrs at the pickup location report .
4. Waiting Charges:
   Waiting charges are applicable and may vary with prior notice. No waiting charges will be imposed for food breaks, tea breaks, or restroom breaks upto half hours only
5. Cancellation Charges:
   Cancellation requests made after the driver has arrived will incur a cancellation fee which may vary.
6. Luggage Load:
   Can be accommodated as per space availability. Loading luggage in top carrier can be supported extra charge.
7. Starting and Ending KM:
   It is mandatory to note down the starting and ending kilometers of the trip. Additional kilometer/s chargeable. Depends on your location only decided
8. Additional Charges:
   Permit charges, driver batta, toll charges, interstate permits, hill charges, and pet charges (if applicable) will be billed as quoted, washing charges for some times. Toll charges will be paid by the driver using a Fastag or Cash.
9. Payment Options:
   Payments can be made as cash during the trip (or) can be booked via bank transfer to below account.

10. Duration of a Day:
    “One day” refers to a calendar day 12 HRS. FOR TOUR 1 DAY 12 HOURS. CONTINOUS 2 DYAS 36 HRS
11. Additional Info:
    All our vehicles are brand new minimum 3 years TO 5 YEARS old. Mineral Water Bottle provided for South India Tour Package. These terms and conditions are binding for all services provided by Pondicherry Taxi Services.     • Driver Bata Is Rs. 750/- Per Day For Round Trip
    • Drop Trips – Driver Bata Rs. 500. [Rs. 800 For Above 400 Kms]
    • Night Charge For Kms More Than 250 And Between 10.00 PM To 4.30 AM – Rs. 200
    • Hill Station Charges – Rs. 500, SUV RS 800
    • Waiting Charge – Rs. 200/Hour
    • Extra Hour – Rs.250/– For Sedan, Rs.400/- For SUV
    • Toll Fees,Parking Fees,Inter-State Permit Charges (If Any) Are Extra
    • Cancelation Charges Minium 25 Percent To 80 Percent
12. Refund Policy     
    a. Refunds are only applicable for prepaid bookings made through our website, mobile application, or authorized third-party platforms. Refunds for cash payments or payments made directly to the driver are not applicable.
    b. To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pickup time may not be eligible for a refund.
    c. Refunds are not applicable for promotional offers, discounted fares, or non-refundable bookings explicitly mentioned during the reservation process.
    d. Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions agreed upon during the booking process.
13. Cancellation Policy :
    Your trips booked through us can be cancelled. You may cancel your booking 24 hours before your scheduled journey. There are no cancellation fees except in such cases where the Taxi has already arrived at the customers location. 50 PERCENT CHARGEABLE In such cases, a One-time cancellation fee has to be paid to driver.
